I do not consider it as an exception, it would have been an exception if it was out of the blue. This was a legitimate, planned draw conducted by CIC, though targetted just for FSTC candidates, CRS falling down, is the major point in here.

FSW and CEC are the major streams of Economic immigration. The draw hopefully, will be conducted as expected on 31st of May.

Nothing to be pissed about. This was a good thing to happen. Now in the next draw, only FSW and CEC candidates will be focused primarily, hence resulting in CRS dropping even further than anticipated.

They have to be in the pool, but again, even though they will be part of the draw, the quota for FSW will remain unharmed, hence the draw size will be bigger, probably 3.7 or 3.8K or something like that.

I am inclined to agree with your draw calculations. 3 draws in any month, even once, will bring lots of joys to everyone in here above 380. A consecutive draw will be like cherry on the cake!
