Really very sorry to hear your situation. Please ask GCMS note form SVO and that will tell you why your case is being is delayed. Pray that you get your visa soon. But remember that other cases like PPRs are being taking time to issue visa now-a-days.

Some times SVO mistype address, so please check your local post office that is any letter is lying in your post office in your name from singapore ? If not after 2 more weeks send them an email.
