No I didn't. I was told I didn't need to because it is a hyphenated last name with my maiden and married name. I had to send Government ID's showing the change in name. Fingers crossed for us both.

I am having the same problems not being able to log on. I am thinking the delay is because I changed from my maiden name to married name.

Oh I didn't know you can order it. But did your AOR letter give you a link to print it off online?

Congrats. In my AOR letter, they said that if you are getting the AOR by email, then the study guide is online. Will they still send out the booklet by mail?

Hello all, Under new rules do you have to send photocopies of all pages with stamp OR only the bio page of the passport? The guide states Bio pages, but I see many people providing copies of all pages. Please advise. Thank you
