Congratulations Raj1972. I know the wait kills. Good luck. By the way, I landed in Vancouver on May 7th. Job market is very dull over here. Very tough to get a job. All jobs require Canadian experience or any licences.

I have seen a similar case also same. Dont tell me ur the same person. Raj1972 also encountered the same problem, but I guess later on he said his daughter's medicals has been receieved. No news from his side since then. I resent my new passports and got them back in a months' time. I know...

I pray that you, Raj1972, and vehla_jatt get your visas very fast as you 3 guys are the oldest in the que i guess. Check later on at around 9 p.m. Hopefully, you might see something you wished for quite some time.

can anybody show me a comparison sheet between Vancouver and Toronto as to the Rentals, cost of living, job market. I know Vancouver will be a costly city to live, but for the time being am planning to land in Vancouver and then later on probably move to Toronto. Climate wise is not that bad...

my passport was damaged. The lamination peeled off and CHC requested me to apply for a new one and resend it back to them.

Thanks deep9 and thanks to each and everyone for supporting me. It really was a tense period, but once I heard the good news that my Visa is stamped, am really relieved from my worries a lot. But still have not got my hands on my Visas yet, probably by this week it will reach my consultant.

Thanks a ton to everybody. It couldnt have been possible without your cooperation. I wish everybody awaiting Visa get their Visas as soon as possible especially Raj1972, SG, vehla_jatt who all have been waiting for 100 plus days. Good luck everybody.
