Hey, thanks for the clarification. My university is autonomous only, so I just need documents to be attested by the Registrar. What I doubt is - whether copy or original transcript to send to WES.

You mean degree certificate should be a copy of the original one and transcript should be original. Both documents properly dated, signed and sealed. Apart from these, the envelopes should be mentioning the WES reference number. Did I get you right?
