no need to be Canada. not sure if business registration is compulsory but you have to be able to prove your self employment experience for 2 years or above. your noc sounds eligible. but it's more important to have the required relevant experience as a self employed person.

That's not an actual AOR as: 1) you can't link up this TA# with your GCKey account 2) it's stated that no completeness check has been carried out yet. You'll receive an 'actual' Application number later on.

Yes in order to prove your self employment status. Read the instructions IMM4500 and the forms, especially a form called Schedule 6A, to get a thorough idea of how it's gonna be like.
