Since 2020/3-4, there hasn't been any 'permanent' application number issued. (One or two members here said they've got the perm one, but the majority still hasn't) You will probably receive a temporary application number first, after a short while.

I didn't use the online portal so I can't answer Q1. But I guess, you may either merge the additional papers and the completed form to one PDF file, or if there's an additional box for uploading any other documents required, you can upload it there separately? Just my guess. Please verify it...

"In your native language's characters" literatlly... if it doesn't let you type it on the form directly, try typing it out in a word file or notepad and copy and paste it to the form...

temp AOR cannot be linked to GC key account. That's got to be the perm AOR.
