    LOL LOL, I am not sure what you are talking about here. These rules keep changing and because I have a dual citizenship, they might one day surprise you with something. BUT Seriously, would it make a difference between someone who sent it their application yesterday and today.

    I am not concerned about the physical days, its more of the Revocation provisions. I honestly don't agree with this law and I don't want to be part of it. I know you submitted yours yesterday, what would be the difference?

    Thank you guys, you all agreed not to submit the application short of 1095 days. I guess I need to wait for the cutoff date and if its prior to August 1st it will be great for all July applicants. I am trying to be positive here but there is a good chance it gets delayed up to August 1st, 2015
