I don't have the exact date in my mind. But in the first week of August. Received pre arrival too in that week. After that... SILENCE :(

How did you send? I also sent it almost 2 months ago. Since then, nothing heard from them....

Please someone guide me! I was asked a month ago to send LVO my Quebec Selection Certificate within 45 days. I've uploaded it through GCKey. But I didn't get any confirmation message back. BGC is in progress. So how would I know they received my QSC?
