Hello, My spouse has submitted file before 19th march 2024 but have not done biromatrics so is he eligible for SOWP or not?

I received student visa and port of entry letter but they will give me study permit letter once I land in Canada.

Do you mean by whole 2 year tuition fees or first year only?
