SOWP for may intake students

I have lodged study visa on 23rd December 2023 for may intake 2024 (graduate certificate- 2 year program at Cambrian Sudbury college) and haven’t received my visa yet.
Will the new SOWP changes affect my husband’s SOWP?
He hasn’t applied SOWP yet as he is currently waiting for my study visa approval.
He is planning to apply post me getting my study permit.

You can certainly try. I don't know the chances of success. I would submit the application as soon as possible / today.
