You can call them or email them to change the address. But I prefer to wait for the AOR then change the address. AOR will send by email, so if your email address will not change, you can wait for the AOR. After you got AOR, you can change address online, by email, by call. And it is easier for...

Hi, good luck to you. I think at first you could check if there are some institutions can do medical examination for the CIC in your work place. If so, you can do it when you got ME. If not, you can contact CIC for some advice. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

It depends. I got the credit card charge in July and still wait for AOR. It doesnt matter when it charged. I think you will be soon to get AOR. Good luck!

The infor of your e-case maybe a little bit delay, CIC usually send you email first then update your infor online later.

This is for both, but most of us are the normal PNP. You can still apply for the normal PNP if the Province is not full this year, as I know, Ontario is still available now.
