You can only claim "two or more degree..." if your PG is from recognized institution at least by UGC or equivalent authority.

Yes, it surprised me also. Let me clarify with them. Logically speaking, they put master's degree as summary so I have to put master's in the EE profile as we can not take it as bachelor's degree or two or more qualifications. Fingers crossed!

Thanks, I was little curious because it is bachelor's and master's degree. Per my experience from the posts here, the equivalence should be stated as the highest degree obtained.

As long as the University or Institution is recognized, WES should evaluate it positively.

Make sure that your University/College is one of their recognized list ... otherwise your ECA will be marked as Non-Recognized
