I don't think Quota is the reason, if there were a quota, why would they issue so many Nominations in the first place? Its just an administrative backlog. Another possible reason can be assigning priorities, PNPs can relatively be the easiest applications to review and hence they would have...

I agree with you, I remember reading in a post here that as per GCMS notes, CIC was waiting for province to provide them with some sheet of Dec. 2016 nominated candidates. I am at 29th day since my IP2, this delay is mostly due to Canada Day long weekend and the backlog at IRCC.

I feel like i have been waiting for an era and there's no indication of when this journey will end. Every week Monday brings some hope which is crucified by dry and silent Friday. Feeling frustrated. Are we wrong in feeling left behind even after crossing 180 days???

Yes it did take another 78 days after NA to get IP2, nothing in between, no requests and no changes. You should get your IP2 next in 4-5 weeks at current pace.

Its not weird, its just a bit unusual, even I had my IP1 changed to NA within 4 days only.

You are not in the "PNP Zone Outstanding" group, none of Jan 2017 applicants amongst PNP Inland have received PPRs yet.

Probably, I saw one PPR for CEC later this evening, but there's definitely been a delay in stamping passports at CPC Ottawa.

I think its not just PNP, all categories processed by CPC Ottawa seems to be affected.

AOR 2016-2017 EE PNP Inland >>>> All Welcome

Not sure if this is true or not but from what I have heard is that Ottawa is facing a huge backlog in stamping passports. Applicants who have sent their passports in last 2 weeks havent received their passports back yet and this is the major reason why IRCC is holding off sending PPRs to...

Try calling them on Monday morning if you don't hear anything by end of Friday. We must see some movement this Friday just like previous trend.
