It's been many months since I applied, so I'm not sure about those details, and I don't wanna give out wrong info, so maybe try calling IRCC.

For photo requirements, click on the 'help' button in the 'one digital citizenship photo' section in the online application. Take a photo of the receipt with your phone, and upload it too in the same section.

There's just too much variability in the system to make any accurate predictions - there are some 2018 applicants who are still waiting, but I also saw someone mentioning a friend who applied in June 2020 and got done already. This is just my guess - there's also the possibility of staff...

My interview was on the 30th March, and my interviewer did ask me to show my IELTS result. Maybe you can call IRCC and ask them what can you do to help your case if you get an interview invite (not everyone does btw)

I took a pic of the digital photo specs on my phone and confirmed with the photographer before the photo. If you click the 'help' button next to the digital photo label, you will get the specs. At least at Shoppers the needed specs are the same as what they provide for 'photos for passport'...
