Hey andrew.. I know buddy.. I can understand the excitement among everone to see me getting visa. My frequency of checking the ECAS has increased from once in 2 weeks to once in 2 hrs. But no update yet. :-( I ll update everyone as soon as I see any change.

I dont know whats for ontario.. but for bc you dont need any experience letter or anything

yup.. neither me nor my wife is in habit of checking ECAS. its was painful to see Application received everytime. but this time out of the blue, she checked and it had changed. we dont even know when did they change on ECAS

Since my wife's medical is not updated on ECAS yet. Does anyone think that an email asking if they received the medical will help?

Hi chintu, Since you asked.. flight wouldnt really matter. you can take anything from china southern which gives you the shortest route to lufthansa or british airways which will be quite long. my suggestion... dont go for china southern.. they are the most terrible flights ever. china eastern...

Thats confusing!!! My application was filed on 3rd DEC. the ones who filed it on 06th, 09th, 04th or even 03rd have got their medical updated on ecas where as mine is still application received. Why are these guys so random?

Hats off to NDVO!!! they replied to the mail i sent them asking if they received my wife's passport. Although its a computer generated generic mail. but atleast they bothered sending even that.

hey, Just a quick question. Some of the forum member who have applied after me or with me have got their medical status already updated on ecas.. where as mine still shows application received. Is there something to worry Or is it that they update these things randomly?
