Things are happening but they're a little too slow and too random. Still looks like expired and 2019 aors have a slight edge but rest is totally random

No updates. I don't know what is happening. My medicals expired last week and it doesn't show in my profile

I did my upfront medicals a year ago, but the expiry isn't reflected in my IRCC profile. My aor is oct 2020. Has my medicals been extended? Or have they expired and not updated because something is wrong with my application?
