guys, i am 2173 NOC and i already have NOI. I am jusy curious what NOCs come under the ICT sector? Is it defined anywhere?

Birth certificate is not required for yourself but your kids if you get direct ITA. It will be required for you if you apply through OINP

I am also sitting on 409, got NOI on April 12, still waiting for CRS to drop :) BTW, what all NOCs come under ICT (as you all know Ontario will be inviting ICT people with < 400 CRS)

After the update from CIC, a draw seems like a distant dream this week. Let's hope they conduct back to back draws from next week to flush everyone over 400 at least!

Somebody mentioned that they filled in the new work history survey and got 15 new points? How is that possible? In the Research section, they ask whether you want to answer the questions so it's optional. You can select No and save and submit your profile. But what about people who don't select...

Great, i have 409 so hoping to get an ITA soon. If not, then i will have to push my wife to give TEF.

I have already created a separate profile for her as primary applicant but her score is 391 (mine is 409) so i have a better chance right now. If she can clear TEF and get level B1 or B2 then she can get more points.

Hey, how do you know that you will gain points after June 6 changes? Has CIC already released the change details?

Any idea about June 6 changes for French? My wife is studying French but hasn't given TEF. She has completed DELF A2 level and will give B1 level soon. Normally only Quebec considers DELF. Can I benefit from it after June 6? Normally one doesn't get any points for spouse's 2nd language.

What about kidney stone laser surgery 6 years ago? that is also ok medically right?
