Hello Guys, CIC received my package on August 10th & i have to get AOR yet. However, today i just fill out some information from myCIC & was able to link my PR application. Now i see the application Number & Application Status as Open ... Is that the AOR number which CIC will send after 1month?

You need to have Offer of Employment Number from Employer to apply for Closed work permit or employer specific work permit. You dont need LMIA to get closed work permit. Actually on application, type of work permit would be mentioned as LMIA exemption work permit What did they refuse your BOWP...
