Please wait for an AOR. Only when u are sure that ur case has def been forwarded to Warsaw, then u should send a CSE and not before that. That's just my opinion.

It seems that WVO does not update the 2nd line till they have finished all checks since in Ioanna's case processing started on 16th Jan and she got the MR on 19th Jan.

got a response from them - "Your request to change your residential address can be sent as an e-mail attachment. The original with your signature should be scanned, and forwarded to us via e-mail." So not sending the hard copy...
