Not at all, if each designated organization issued the LOS, it would be acceptable and equal for the IRCC.

Mine is July 2020 and no news. I assume that the majority of (Jan 2020 and before) cases were completed by IRCC.

Although a team could have essential and nonessential person(s), for this, if any of the application of essential person(s) get unapproved, the other members don't approve and SUV will be failed. But reverse for the nonessential(s).
