What is the average timeline for returning unqualified applications from the date received by CIC? I mailed my application on April 30, received by the CIC on May 4. Should expect AOR sometime next week as per timelines on the spreadsheet. Thanks.

Re: Canada's citizenship laws will be fully in force as of June 11, 2015 It probably means that applications before April 1st could take up to a year to reach a decision. It may be less for ones submitted after that date. I noticed that the whole process generally takes less than a year nowadays.
