Well things are moving with our application it seems. We just received our pre arrival email and the background check status changed to we are processing your background check. Does that mean they are now starting the background check? We received our MR on May 15 and already submitted it.

Well the requests came from Sydney. So I guess Canada. We were expecting it to be Dakar since we recently moved to Cameroon. But all this is still from Sydney.

Well seems things have started moving again. Lots of good news. We got our Medical request today, payment request and request for updated police records. App. Received June 6 2017 AOR September 27 2017 MR May 15 2018 Praying once we submit the required docs that things will move quickly.

Our application was received on June 6 2007. 9 months ago. Nothing other than AOR. When I see some applicants here on 20+ months I wonder if I shouldn't explore other options. outland applicant here.

I guess this is because you added you husband after. Does your husband have the csq?

Are those inland applicants only?

Dakar may be my visa office as well. I have seen several cases like yours. Is that just how Dakar operates, I mean asking everything at once. Also how did you do your medical upfront in December with no request from Dakar?
