I just called them today, so its fresh in my memory :) At first, they will need your UCI and Application number. Then address, full name, date of birth, phone number, email, country of birth :)

Does anyone have the same note in their profile? I assume it's a standard thing when the timer on 100%. Your application is taking us longer than usual to process. About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify...

Did u have to enter your EE application number, wait until a robot reads the status that you see online, and only after that be able to choose "speak to an agent" option?
