Try signing up through the web App on your PC/Laptop and then use the same credentials to sign in via mobile. I was facing the same issue, that's how it worked for me.

I I received a response saying the eligibility requirement are met and everything else is valid. Can someone guide what's the difference in met and passed? I read that once the junior officer reviews and accepts that's when it's met and once a senior reviews it that's when it changes to passed...

Thanks man, fingers crossed though on PPR. Some people even said that this doesn't mean a decision has been made my application still needs to be reviewed by senior officer and then the status will change to passed. LOL So don't know what to think or not
