i m not sure what to advise... you may try creating a new profile... did you check the messages in your profile..?

sure and if its not in your email check the messages in the profile, you will have an option to download the pdf with job code

how can you say that MCA - master are accepted in 2173 and not in 2171 ? it should be accepted for both NOC's
