He said that they don't forward pre arrival to clients as some wonder what they are and since I asked he sent it to me. Otherwise he's been pretty good with other letters so far. Before PPR I should get a DM I guess

It said her eligibility has been finalized, even after that there can be an interview? I thought they would keep.it pending otherwise
