Thanks Century Brother .Is it sure my duties under 12b Sch3 can be in any NOC regardless 50 eligible NOC for fetching points,actually One of forum member was saying it should be in 50 eligible NOC.

Dear Century in the guideline it is mentioned photocopy of translated paper should be certified from notary and an affidavit from the person who is certifying it. I can get it notarized but he is not ready to give an affidavit. Thanks
