    Hi, I finished my oath on Sept 07 and my application closed on Sept 20. After two weeks (total 4 weeks from oath to today), I'm still waiting for my cert. My office is Saskatoon.

    No, some of the June/July, 2020 already have oath done. I guess IRCC means most of the June 2019 already completed.

    Your application should be closed anytime between next day to two weeks and your cert will be printed once closed.

    You can ask to reschedule your oath, but it will take long time to arrange your next oath, at least few months. I don't know much about 6 months, hopefully someone else can answer this question.

    I try to contact my local office, they told me to wait 8 weeks from oath date. I don't think my cert even on the way.

    You will have to wait until your application closed, then your local office will print cert and mail to you.

    I think the cert will from Saskatoon if you are Saskatchewan applicant. My application closed Sept 17, I don't think I will have cert until next week.

    I would say sign it on paper is much easier if you don't know how to upload your signature.
