Almost same timeline as yours, re-med updated on 1st May 2022 and ADR status changed from submitted docs to Not Applicable on 10th June 2022. Since, then no update. Tried calling IRCC almost everyday but unable to speak to an agent. Requested for GCMS notes but IRCC didn't respond to that either!

Okay, I saw couple of updates on facebook groups. 3 people I know personally also received the email within last couple of weeks.

Sailing in same boat, AOR Jan 21, Medicals expired on Jan 22. No updates at all from IRCC, just getting ambitious goals for next year immigration target without talking a word about backlog.

Am I the only one with AOR - Jan 2021 and not received the COPR email? I see a lot of Jan 2021 AOR applicants are receiving golden email.
