This is a million dollar question. The wait is excruciatingly painful. @legalfalcon is there any possibility ircc can reject all the fsw outland applications and restart. All criteria in my gcms notes is passes with a final approved but no copr since October2020.

The NOV2019 AOR team is compiling a list of letters to mail to IRCC concerning delayed applications.

Did ircc issue any FSW outland ppr for 2021 at all because I contacted them this week and they said that they are still issuing outland copr but all the trackers online says only cec receive ppr.

Did you check your email/ spam for any correspondence? Sounds like your ppr was issued.

Yes i have the same as you, mines is valid to 2021/03/12 which is exactly a year since my AOR.

I believe due to COVID restrictions they are withholding issuing COPR since there is a possibility it will expire and they will have to go through the process of reissuing COPRs again.
