Hi Raider, We don't have to send or attach any documents yet for EOI-SW, unless stated in the system. We have to wait for LAA for submission of documents. :D :D :D

Hi smimran, please log back in to MPNP site, and click "Preview EOI-SW" at the "Review & Submit" page which I believe #4, it will give you a pdf file and the score is located on the second to the last page. Hope this help you find your score. Good luck! :D :D :D
