I think that will depend on the country's local visa office and method of submission. In India , generally , it takes 1 to 2 week to receive the passports back with stamped visa and COPRs. Sometimes, it can be faster too.

Hi Torontob, I sent it to this e-mail id: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca I uploaded online on to my CIC account in the online application documents section. Once CIC officer officially asks for any document, the option to upload the required document appears automatically in my CIC account login.

Hi Jessema, check your status line #3 under Application steps on "My CIC account login". It will indicate "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded." if your documents (PCC etc.) are received and filed.
