    Could be. But AOR usually has a letter headlined Acknowledgment of Receipt. Hmmm maybe our lawyer might have received the same email but just forwarded the BIL for action

    You are not alone. We’ve been waiting as well and lawyer has no update. Outland online app waiting since May 5th. I don’t know what’s going on. We should have applied by paper if we only knew. :(
