    Old Cannabis record

I'm not sure if I should take this personal. I'll form another question if you please. He cannot find a record in Jamaica at this time. He was denied entry to US 10 some years ago as it was on record. The big change in Jamaica was 2015. Change was not legal per se, but ... well ... there...

    Old Cannabis record

You were all very nice to answer previous questions. Can I please get clarification on the following. My Jamaican husband has two old minor possession charges in Jamaica (2005 and 2006). He does have a letter of expungement. I think it was mentioned that the letter may or may not represent...

    DUI in 2006

Not much talk about the other common "record" in people's history. How is an old old weed offence treated? Offences were 05/06 and now legal in that country and soon to be legal here. And, is a letter of expungement same as rehabilitated? Thanks C.

    Visitor Visa vs. Sponsorship

    Visitor Visa vs. Sponsorship

I posted questions on another thread awaiting clarification. In the meantime, I'll post here. If my husband gets declined on a visitor visa (if in fact he/we start there) and get declined, what are restrictions, waits, demerits etc to proceed to my sponsoring him? Thank you. C

    Jamaican visa

Thank you. My warp sense of humour is "oh gawd not back there". I would like to confirm that you mean Family Sponsorship in outland process? Could you elaborate a little on your considered experience as it relates to my situation. Please and thank you.

    Jamaican visa

I was married late last year in Jamaica to a Jamaican man. The sponsorship seems so confusing and long process, so we have been working on a visitor visa with the view to having him here and starting the process. The relationship has always been love and us as a couple. I own property in...
