If embassy haven’t started the processing of your application, then you can cancel it and apply for new one. If ur file is in process then there is no option other than wait and watch.

What i’ll do is to wait for a month or 2 and will let the situation to be more clear. If the canadian government will open its borders and start issuing study permits then only i would apply for jan intake. You can also do like that.

Winter intake is a good and safer choice as We don’t know when the pandemic will end. so fall intake might be not possible in this case. If you want to study online then you can opt for fall intake otherwise jan intake is there. You can defer your course

What i think is that scholarships are usually given by respective universities or colleges. Any body else supporting you financially wouldn’t be considered as scholarship. However, you could pay tution fees if someone supports you financially.

Bro, in india multiple rejections are comming due to Coronavirus. So it is better to wait and apply thereafter.

If you have paid the fees then you should give a try. If not, then defer to next intake.
