Aqsa there are bright chances (In sha Allah) for your case now. I am also going for medical tomorrow. and it would take aroun 2 weeks at max for medical update confirmation message and after that God and Visa officer knows :)

Alhamdulillah I have also got a medical call yesterday without Interview call. applied on 28th march Biometrics on 30th march, since then not a single update was made by cic which made me worried, Now going for medical as soon as possible.
