I think they usually take more than 5 weeks for processing. People get their OWP processed in around 80 days on average though it differs case to case. You are probably looking at 7 weeks.

Finally got the AOR today. My application timeline is: Application Sent: 29th Sep 2018 Application Received: 02 October 2018 AOR: 22 October 2018 I have also successfully linked my PR and OWP application with my sponsor's account today. Feel relieved now. :)
