you are lucky they already added baby to your profile, just wait for further instructions , they normally dont add baby before getting babys documents:medicals, passport,birth certificate, fees etc.

and dont do upfront medicals, ircc specifically mentioned this on their website, it will delay the processing, they will ask u for it.

When they will finish updating babys information in your application, you will get an update notification in your email, login to your gckey account and check at the bottom under the spouse's Name/ UCI no., here you will see your babys name / UCI is added too. hope this helps.
