I'm in a similar situation. Everything completed, waiting for citizenship ceremony. Have to travel next month for about 40 days. I informed that I won't be able to attend ceremony until first week of April. Will update if I get a response. (Webform and email reply to test invite)

For me and my partner, it took about 13 days.

Yesterday browsing through some forums, it seemed SK and MB offices were processing cases from other provinces. May be that's the reason?

Saskatoon, yes. They applied mid-May sometime, did test first/second week Aug and DM end of Sep, recently got oath invite for 29th Nov.

It's sad. I know someone who applied on paper in May this year and is scheduled for Oath on 29th Nov.

I understand your frustration but commenting on random forums and blaming fellow applicants will only get you so far. Why not try and gather a group of online applicants (and paper applicants too) waiting for more than a year and complain to your respective MP. If there are many people...

I got an email 2 days before the test window start date. It will have all the instructions you need to access the test. I did not have to choose a time; you just start the test when you are ready for it.

I can confirm that. I did not receive any email instructing me to create account but I still could create it today. By the way @iceman55, my application shows in progress now on portal/tracker.

Got AOR an hour ago. Can't track in ECAS or create an account. I believe it will take some time for things to update in system?

Mine was delivered on 30th June as well. Just received AOR.
