Did you get a statement for credit card? They are refusing, stating that credit cards are outsourced by all banks.

Thank you so much everyone. Managed to get from HDFC. Hopefully Kotak will follow. They have given current balance, average balance of 6 months, my address, their complete contact details and I got 6 months statement stamped and signed separately. Hopefully that will work :)

Anybody has any experience if getting letters from bank in India? I have two accounts, one with HDFC and one with Kotak and both seem reluctant to give me the letter in the IRCC format. They just insist on signing system generated bank account statement for 6 months, which doesn't have bank...
