I went to the London Drugs photo lab, they apparently have software to check if the picture meets all requirements. My picture was rejected and they sent a list with no specific reason but all possible reasons. In this forum, there were people with successful self taken picture with app.

Mine was 5 business days, I applied online on last Monday and this week on Monday the letter was in the mail!

You'll receive an email that there is an update to your file. When you login into the PR portal open the application and scroll down, you will see an active button download and there it is!
