You can always try and apply for TRV, I also sent my Outland Spousal PR application in March and have not heard back. But personally , I am waiting for AOR1 and then applying for TRV. Also, don't forget to consult with a lawyer to get an idea about success rate of TRV visas.

Yes, you should be able to because its a paper application going to Sydney, Nova Scotia. Just make sure India Post or DHL is working because i heard it wasn't cuz of the lockdown.

Your Answer is 1 because generic form is filled by the applicant and since there are no dependents. Your spouse is the only Applicant.
