Hi Anabia.. Thanks.. I think so.. Thanks for confirmation.. I do have called MPNP office to confirm this and they told me that it is for C and D where as my category is B. So shouldn't be a problem. Thanks..

Thanks Bro.. I have checked check list and it still says that IELTS is compulsary for NOC C and D.. but doesn't say any thing about NOC A and B. Any idea.. Anyone has same issue and had discussed with CIC. Please update..
