Me and my wife also applied in April 2019. She is below 54 and her citizenship is recently coompleted. I am above 54 and my status is exactly the same as you both. No movement at all on my application since July 2019 when the AOR was received. Seems above 54 applications are not a priority. so...

I sent my application on the 14th / received 15th. My CC was charged on 25th. Sent a querie on the 23rd. Got response by email today 30th. Stated it will take 20 days from receiving the application to process. i.e. by 5th July maybe... Hope this helps...
