oh, there is a thread. i think for files transferred from London our AOR is the date kyiv received our files. The response i got from them is that files are processed based on original date of reception. I might be wrong but our files have crossed the six month mark.

My friend called Ircc once to inquire about his application, she said background not started...lo and behold he got PPR the next day..

what i'm saying is, gcms note To be honest, no one in this forum knows exactly the procedure IRCC adopts in reviewing files, we can only speculate. but nevertheless GCMS will help clarify why your file is ''probably stuck'' and what stage your file is in.

Let me shock you further, i know of some applications on this forum who have not raised case enquiry or requested for Gcms notes and in IP1 for close to 5 months.

I totally disagree with your submission, so many of my friends have gotten ppr by raising a case enquiry to clarify issues with their applications.

If you don’t know your Lvo, select NO...it will go straight to ottawa and they will foward to your Lvo if it your file is being treated outside canada.

if your file is been handled outside canada, you can only send an E-mail and you will get a canned response unless you have passed the 6 months mark

Is this your first Gcms? Do you have issues with your POF? i. e loans or anything. I requested for my first notes in july and it helped me discover i had to clarify my POF via Case enquiry. This triggered my file to be moved and atleast they have started processing my file.

notes don't slow down the process, reverse is the case. The notes gave me heads up as to what was slowing down my application and i updated accordingly and also shows you your VO. ordering once won't harm your application.

@legalfalcon i just got my gcms notes and everything seems fine, eligibility passed and meds passed, but i did not pay RPRF upfront. they have not requested though but i want to pay now and raise case enquiry, i am allowed to do that.? plss i need your advice

Got my Gcms notes today, pretty fast at 28 days..Now i can go to bed, Application looks fine and it is just a matter of time.
