I am not asking to show it as POF at the time of landing but purely from tax saving perspective...if I declare now and bring the money later whenever I sell the immovable property will it be tax free......is there any place that I ccheck the same.....thanks...

Interesting....can we declare any immovable property value now at the time of landing and bring the money in to Canada after few years tax free....seniors please advice...as I too have this issue.....

I feel nothing to worry...in this forum I have read few had same issues and had happy ending after sending the renewed PP's...it should happen any time now....
