it depends on ur application.if ur eligibility has finished den u do not need.but in some cases if they need again dey will send u a msg.Usually ur all documents are locked in like ielts,ECA PCC's once u recieve AOR.so relax u should be fine as far as ur pcc's were within six mnths when u...

it should be signed by ur immediate supervisor/manager or HR in any case,anyone who works in superior authority who can verify ur position salary,duties and tenure if ders any in future.(if its not signed by ur immediate supervisor/manager add an LOE citing the reasons).Hope it helps

if we attach RCMP its better,in case if dey need, it can actually slow down the process for a month or so.in dat sense if i was in @sachin's place i would definitely attach it.

u have to get a PCC for any country u visited/stayed for last 10 years(be it short trips or long,watever adds up to six months u have to submit)which means u have to include RCMP with ur application.
