Have you provided them with Fingerprints for the Background check?

I won't get any invitation without the Background check completed. Last time I had to wait 10 months between "Fingerprints received" and "Background check complete". This is complete absurd on top of the previous pile of absurd.

Meaning: I might need to pay for them again without doing anything wrong? Also, my FP were taken on Feb 9, 2022 and received by them on March 2, 2022 - so even by that measure they are still valid.

Yes, right after passing the Test, almost a year ago. Receiving confirmed in tracker. How on Earth can be my Background check reverted from Complete?!?

After all categories except for Ceremony being marked "Completed" on January 3, today Background verification was reverted to "In progress". Has anyone had something like that here..?

Same as myself. I never contacted my MP, however I contacted IRCC pointing out to a possible glitch. Got Background Check completed in December - apparently as part of a bigger wave. So either your MP helped us all, or it had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the Oath...

Unthinkable... My wife applied in August 2022 and we're joking she'll become a citizen sooner or at least at the same time.

Before something moved on in my case, I also had to wait for over 9 months in a complete radio silence. I requested public information from two agencies, sent them a letter, called them - nothing. Just waiting. Luckily, in mid December something started to move, so don't give up the hope and...

Another update today: * Physical presence - Completed * Language skills - Completed * Prohibitions - Completed So at this point only Citizenship ceremony is Not started.
