Hi Kiran I submitted my husband's High School certificate (translated into English and affidavit by the translator/notary officer). It was well accepted as proof of birth date.

Relief.. !!! Finally the clinic has uploaded my medicals to CIC. No change in ECAS though, but i shall worry about it after some time...m happy that the glitch with uploading our medicals is been resolved, though it took a month but hey... :)

This clinic has been very inefficient in sending our Medicals. I am afraid medicals are still sitting in the clinic. I don't know what should I do (other than calling the clinic and they telling me the same thing) ??? Any suggestion will be welcome

I wrote to CIC about it today. I am also going to call the clinic tomorrow and see if any progress is done. Last time the nurse said she will have some answers on Wednesday. Oh is it ?? that the another clinic will not be able to use the same barcode.... ???

Thanks Bigbee I would be wiling to do another medicals if required. The problem is that this is the only clinic in TN, and we will have to travel to another city and we are 2 so twice the cost. ??? If I understood the nurse correct, its all about getting the information uploaded in CIC system...

Thank you so much for responding guys. I shall inform CIC asap. The nurse said that this is clinic's first time doing e-medicals and she herself admitted that she is not that comfortable with computer and technology. She did not explain what's the trouble, even after we asked couple of times...

still "in process". No clue if medicals have been received by CIC or not. Haven't heard from doctor's clinic as well.
